There may be several reasons:
- The provider is still processing your completion — allow up to 24 hours.
- A rule on the offer wall may have been violated.
- A technical issue prevented the credit from being delivered.
If 24 hours pass and the reward is still missing, you must contact
the provider directly. When opening a support ticket, clearly describe
the issue and include screenshots proving completion.
The more detail you provide, the faster they can investigate.
